Help Youth and Children Community in Tanzania (HEYOCCO)

Help youths and children community in Tanzania is a registered Non- Governmental Organization, established in 2021 by 5 Tanzanian founding members. As the Tanzanian youths our ambitions are to actively involve in education, to make a difference in education sector, Health, and community empowerment

Help Youths and Children Community in Tanzania aims to provide and assist Children and Youth with high quality health care, education and empowering through support, advice and training to children and young people to equip them with vital life skills and help them engage in education, volunteering and employment.

How We Make a Difference

We prioritize five main objectives that bring long-term benefits to both childrens, young people and the wider community

To enhance and support provisions of health education to youths and children to gain access to good health,standard of living and social well being of youths and children.

To advocate for the development and implimentation of key health program to youths and children in our societies.

To enhance youths developments through the support of Government,donors and individual support to ensure that government decisions,activities and outcomes are compatible with the principles of sustainable youth and children development.

To rise awareness and engage youths as a driving force for growth in economic and social activities by focusing on developing and delivering training and mentoring focusing on life skills and knowledge.

To promote the acquisition and appropriate use of literary,vocational,technological and other forms of knowledge,skills and understanding for the development and improvement of youth and children.

Youth Violence Prevention

1. Conducting workshops and awareness campaigns to reduce youth violence.
2. Partnering with schools and community leaders to promote conflict resolution.
3. Providing mentorship and counseling for at-risk youth.

Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship

1. Helping youth start small businesses through training and financial literacy programs.
2. Connecting young entrepreneurs with funding opportunities and mentorship.
3. Organizing job placement programs and career guidance sessions.
